U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Nashville Delineated Area: North:� 7th Avenue North and Charlotte Avenue West:�� 9th Avenue North and Church Street East:�� Church Street and John Lewis Way N South:� 7th Avenue North and Broadway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): [��] Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,024 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 7 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 180 months Firm Term: 120 months Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Cannot co-locate with law enforcement, needs to be located within 2 blocks of courthouse. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the [100/500] year flood plain.
