- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project 658-22-103 Upgrade Elevators Phase II The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for project 658-22-103 Upgrade Elevators Phase II project as required by accompanying drawings and specifications/documents. This project outlines the elevators in Building 2, and Building 2A for the Salem VAMC, 1970 Roanoke Blvd., Salem, Virginia 24153. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS CODE: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractor Construction Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about May 17, 2022. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposal will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No proposal list is maintained. All interested vendors should register on this website. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation.
