Description

Modification 0001 To update the�CAR 1352.213-70 Evaluation Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures�(3) Period of Performance. Quotes must provide their best estimate for completion of this project. The end date is requested to be no later than 07/31/2022 due to hurricane season starting but due to material delays we will consider quotes with a later date but preference will be given to vendors that can meet the preferred completion date. This date includes the time to get any payment protections etc. Any quotes that do not state their POP end date will not be considered. Attachment has been updated. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Constuction Project- Renovate the existing eight administrative offices by reconfiguring and improving current foot print with new furniture, re-carpeting, and re-painting the area per attached Statement of Work.� 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13 under the SAT. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213- 70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. New contract, no incumbent. LEVEL OF MAGNITUDE Between $25,000 and $100,000 BONDING/LOC WILL BE REQUIRED UNLESS YOUR QUOTE IS UNDER $35K. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work completed no later than 7/31/2022, quotes must provide confirmation they can fulfill this requirement.
