- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing additional Vocera supplies and Premier Support Services at VA Palo Alto Health Care System at 3801 Miranda Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304. VA Palo Alto Health Care System has a need for additional Vocera devices and support for Vocera hands-free devices including remote troubleshooting, diagnostic expertise, hotline, emergency hotline and maintenance releases for implementation at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System Community Living Centers.
