- Interested contractors shall note that quotes in response to this RFQ must include:� 1)�� �Documentation demonstrating the qualifications of the individual (or individuals) who will be responsible for the finished EBS deliverable. Documentation may include current licenses, diplomas, examples of relevant work experience, and/or other evidence of meeting the definition of an environmental professional as defined in 40 CFR 312. 2)�� �A signed copy of the solicitation (SF1449) to include the total price for the EBS.� Award will be made to the lowest priced contractor who provides proof of qualifications as described above. � See solicitation document (SF1449) for complete details.
