- This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial item with commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Global FM Network Support Services: Remote Monitoring Services in Africa. The contractor shall provide personnel to support the USAGM global FM network primarily in Africa with backup support to other regions of the world as needed. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.� Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No.: 951700-22-RFQ-00005.� The NAICS code is 515111 � Radio Network, and the business size standard is $35M.� The provisions and clauses included are/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to this solicitation to be most advantageous to the Governments, price, and other factors considered.� The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.� The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussion with quoters.� The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. EVALUATION OF FACTORS (in order of importance): Technical � Quotes must reflect the required specifications included in the RFQ and PWS. Price -� Quotes must include all applicable costs. Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition:� The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: Solicitation Number Name of Company and Address Company Point of Contact Telephone Number / Email Address If available: Cage Code, DUNS number, SAM number Quotes must indicate quantity, unit price, and total amount.� Offerors that fail to furnish the required information, or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration. IMPORTANT NOTICES: RFQ submission must be in accordance with the solicitation; All Amendments, (if any), must be acknowledged. Questions concerning this notice shall be submitted to the Points of Contact(s), as indicated in this announcement. Only email offers will be accepted.
