- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a(n) RFQ. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2022-06 May 1, 2022. Notice of Set-Aside: This solicitation is 100% Small Business set aside under NAICS 541690 Other Scientific and Consulting Services, size standard $16.50 M. All responsible small business concerns under this set-aside may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Description The Department of the Interior's Acquisition Services Directorate, on behalf of the Secretary's Indian Water Rights Office (SIWRO), seeks a contractor for economic consultation services. See attachments for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, units of measure, option(s) (if applicable) and delivery information. Unless otherwise specified the F.O.B. point is destination. Anticipated Award The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed-price contract within 30 days of the close of this solicitation. Provisions The following provisions apply to this acquisition. See attachments for applicable addenda and complete list of provisions. 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) accessed through https://www.sam.gov. If the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically, the Offeror shall complete paragraphs (c) through (u) of this provision. Clauses The following clauses apply to this acquisition. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) DPAS is not applicable to this solicitation. Response Submission Submit responses via email to the Government Points of contact on or before 05/26/2022 1100 ED. Government Points of Contact The Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contract Specialist are the sole points of contact during the conduct of this procurement.
