- SUBJECT: Iberon National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) and NCITE� Kiosk Software Subscription Renewals This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W56JSR-22-P-0007 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Quotation for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Iberon NLETS and Ncite Kiosk software subscription renewals. This effort is in support of the Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) in support of Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PM-FPS)/Automated Installation Entry (AIE). This procurement will consist of subscription periods with an anticipated award date of 31 May 2022. It is in the Government�s intent to make a sole source award utilizing the authority set forth in 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. The 2022 North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 513210-Software Publishers. The Small Business Administration has not updated the associated size standards for the 2022 NAICS codes therefore, this procurement will utilize the 2017 NAICS code, 511210-Software Publisher. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A21. The request for quote (RFQ) for this requirement is W56JSR-22-P-0007 and quotations are due within five business days of this notification, no later than close of business at 1600 (EST) on 24 May 2022. Product Descriptions � This requirement is for the purchase of the Iberon NLETS and Ncite Kiosk software annual subscription renewals. See attached document for the product description, quantity, subscription periods, respondent instructions, evaluation factors, special contract requirements, delivery instructions, and clauses.
