The anticipated construction project to correct FCO Deficiencies in Building 1 at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System located at 151 Knollcroft, Lyons, NJ 07939.� The contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for the VA Project #561A4-15-102 Correct FCA Deficiencies Building 1 as requred and defined by the Architecture and Engineering (AE) drawings and specifications attached. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220 and the business size is $39.5 million. Magnitude of Construction: Between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000 Completion Time: 365 days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed date A pre-bid walk through is scheduled fro Thursday, June 2, 2022 @ 9:00 AM eastern time.
