Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government�s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Tuesday, 14 June 2022. The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-22-R-5037. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services for Trenton, NJ on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at the MG William S Stryker USARC. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement. The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. Description of Services:�The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide Snow and Ice Removal Services at the MB William S Stryker USARC, located at 2150 Nottingham Way Trenton, NJ 08619 in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.beta.sam.gov/ in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM database may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. *** All responses to this pre-solicitation notice shall be in writing; NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
