Solicitation W911SA-22-Q-3088 will be amended as ""W911SA-22-Q-3088 Amendment 1"" on or about 02-June-2022 to remove the set-aside to allow full and open competition, extend the offer due date to Monday, June 6, 2022 @ 12:00 pm CST�and to update the period of performance start to within 10 days of contract award. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Please review and sign Amendment with quote.� � Solicitation W911SA-22-Q-3088 will be issued on or about 24-May-2022 and can be accessed at https://sam.gov. This requirement is for Solid Waste Clean-up Services at Fort McCoy, WI.� The performance period is from 1-June-2022 to 31-August-2022. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449 Completed information from the Supplemental Information section of the solicitation Completed CLIN Pricing Certificate of Insurance Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. A site visit will be held on Thursday, 26-May-2022 at 12:00pm (local time) located at 1913 South B Street, Fort McCoy, WI 54656.� Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
