Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR PROPOSAL. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to provide continued Environmental Consulting Support Services (ECSS) in support to the IMCOM/Fort Carson/Rocky Mountain Arsenal (RMA), currently being obtained under order W9125F17F0002 with Research Management Consultants, Inc., (RMCI), 651 Corporate Circle Suite 123, Golden, CO 80401-5652. A redacted Justification and Approval will be published after contract award. It is anticipated that the value of this action is an estimated $215,830.51 with a period of performance consisting of a twelve (12) month base period, plus one (1) option period not exceeding six (6) months.� This order is being place in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C),�In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order provided that the original order was placed in accordance with the applicable Federal Supply Schedule ordering procedures. The original order or BPA�must�not have been previously issued under sole-source or limited-sources procedures.� NAICS 541620 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than 17 June 2022 (4:00 PM, EST). Capability statements may be sent to Ron Turing at ronald.h.turing.civ@army.mil. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.���
