Carpet and Cove Base Replacement, Southern Plains Range Research Station, Woodward, OK SOLICITATION IS HEREBY CANCELED DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Carpet and Cove Base Replacement at the USDA ARS Southern Plains Range Research Station PROJECT LOCATION: Southern Plains Rane Research Station (SPRRS), Woodward OK CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The period of performance of this contract is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. ��� Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is a total small business set aside.� *MANDATORY SITE VISIT COSNTRUCTION � 19 May 2022 @ 11:00am Central Time See Soliciation Section L7 for Registration and Detailed information If you wish to attend the site visit send an email to todd.smith2@usda.gov and toinette.aranda@usda.gov and with the title �12805B22Q0146 Carpet and Cove Base Replacement, �SPRRS Site Visit Registration�. Include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is 17 May 2022. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to both brian.dean@usda.gov and toinette.aranda@usda.gov� No later than 23 May 2022 @ 3:00pm Central Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote/proposal preparation costs.
