- June 7- RFP Update---Amendment 0001 The proposal due date is extended to June 14, 2022. The following documents are provided with Solicitation Amendment 0001: 1- Revised RFP (both redline and clean versions) 2- Revised Attachment 5 - QASP dated June 1, 2022 (both redline and clean versions) 3- SF30 Amendment 0001, dated June 7, 2022. 4- RFP Questions and Answers The Question and Answer period for Phase I is closed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- June 6- RFP Update 1- The Government is extending the Phase I proposal submission due date to June 14, 2022.�� 2- The Government will post the responses to industry questions via an amendment to the solicitation as soon as possible. 3- The Government will identify any additional extensions to the Phase I proposal submission due date in the solicitation amendment. Please continue to monitor the site for additional updates. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a competitive request for proposal (RFP) for Administrative Support Services across the United States, to include Puerto Rico.�� This is a 100% small business set-aside for 8(a) program participants, as approved by the SBA. Please note that this action was previously synopsized under the same number, 70CMSD22R00000003 As a result of this solicitation, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a single award under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) using the source selection procedures of FAR 15 (Contracting by Negotiation).� The Government estimates that the total value of this administrative support services requirement is between $50,000,000.00 and $60,000,000.00.� The range is for a five-year period of performance. Interested parties must be a Certified 8(a) program participant under the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), 561110 - Office Administrative Services, and not be scheduled to graduate from the 8(a) program prior to the anticipated award date of September 1, 2022. The NAICS code size standard is $8 million. It is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation, must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and be registered in the System for Award Management database. The website for registration is https://sam.gov. QUESTIONS: The submission deadline for the RFP Phase I questions is 3:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. �The submission deadline for the RFP Phase II questions will be provided with the Phase II instructions.� ** Questions that are received from vendors that are not eligible to compete, or that fail to confirm their size status under the applicable NAICS, may not be answered.�� ** RESPONSES: Proposals (Volume I and II only) shall be received via email by sending to OAQIOSD@ice.dhs.gov no later than 3:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.�
