- This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for geoscience software brand name or equal to the salient characteristics of Geosoft Oasis montaj, Leapfrog, and Aarhus GeoSoftware Workbench. The solicitation is being issued as a Request For (Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 including Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items will be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside under NAICS 511210 Software Publishers $41.50M. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes contained in the solicitation and its amendments shall be adhered to.
