Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Irwin, California intends to award a sole source contract to High Dessert Services under authority FAR 3.106-1(b)(1): only one source resaonably available, urgency. Provide 24 hour suppression, dispatching, and operations personnel and 8 hour workday prevention and inspection personnel. The contractor must ensure personnel are compliant with all applicable Federal/State/local laws, regulations, and directives. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirment. No telephonic inquiries will be honored . A determination by the Goverment not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Goverment.�
