- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for TOAD Oracle Software at West Point, NY. The period of performance is for 1 August 2022 � 31 July 2023. This requirement will be unrestricted under NAICS code 511210, Software Publishers, size standard is $41.5 M and FSC/PSC of 7A21. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered in CHESS under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Sam.Gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only on or about June 9, 2022 and will be available on the Internet at: https://chess.army.mil.
