THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE: The Network 10 Contracting Office,6150 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 300, Independence, OH 44131, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Retro-Commissioning Services (RCx) for the purpose of improving the operating performance of the Cleveland VAMC from the perspectives of air quality and infection control, energy efficiency and resiliency, occupant comfort and safety, and providing adherence to the environmental requirements for all areas of special operations at the VAMC (Operating Room, Labs, Cleanrooms, etc.). for the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. NAICS Code 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Service, size standard $16.5 million, Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concern . This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the SAM.GOV website, https://sam.gov/content/home. No fax bid packages shall be accepted.
