Description

Project Title: Repair Cable and Splices in Feeder from North Substation Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace 15kV Feeder 7N from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) North Substation to Switch Station 37 (SS-37). Install ten (10) new Sectionalizing Terminal Cabinets along the feeder route to allow for troubleshooting. This will involve approximately 44 manholes and approximately 20,000 linear feet. This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price Construction Contract for Space Launch Delta 45, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. NAICS: 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction with size standard of $39.5 M. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (In accordance with FAR 36.204). THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE (WOSB). OFFERORS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. �The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. NOTE: This solicitation has been amended to reflect the following changes:� Amendment 0001: Solicitation Doc: Corrected date in FAR 52.236-27 to TUESDAY, 17 MAY 2022, at 1300 PM EST. Attachment 7: Corrected proposal closing date to�9:00 am EST on June 7, 2022.� Amendment 0002: Increased the Delivery Schedule from 315 Calendar Days to 570 Calendar Days. Clarified FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee information by adding full text. Attached government responses to questions submitted as result of the site visit. Attached SF 1409 Abstract of Offers.
