- The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0036, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the 28th Force Suport Squadron (FSS) Vehicle Alignment System requirement. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code� 811111 with a size standard of $8,000,000. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, the Attch 1 � Salient Characteristics. All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to jason.wright.30@us.af.mil no later than 30 June 2022 by 4:00pm MDT.� ��Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line:� �FA469022Q0036 � Solicitation_28 FSS Vehicle Alignment System Questions�.� Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov . All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 4:00pm MDT on 30 June 2022 to jason.wright.30@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: �Quote-FA469022Q0036 � Solicitation-28 FSS Vehicle Alignment System�. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code, and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
