PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.�The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a one-time, sole-source, fixed-price contract to BITTWARE INC., for the purpose of procuring the following items: The Federal Bureau of Investigation requires the following items Brand Name only: QTY (10) Bittware Xilinx Ultrascale+ PCIe w/ 2x QSFP28 and 2 Banks DDR4. Part# XUPPL4-0012 QTY (1) Bittware Xilinx UltraScale+ 3/4-Length PCIe Board with 4 QSFP- DD and 4 DIMMs on BittWare Viper Platform Part# XUPVV8-0079 QTY (1) Bittware Accelerator Card Zynq Part#: 250-SOC-ZU19EG-E-2A-20 Based on Market Research, it has been determined that BITTWARE INC.. Is the only company that can provide the requested items/services. This notice will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fbo.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Jonathan Johnson via email at jejohnson3@fbi.gov by Tuesday June 21, 2022 (12:00 pm Eastern). Only timely email responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses received in response to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
