Description

AMENDMENT 0001 is to change the Site Visit RSVP deadline from 3PM on June 15 to 10am on June 15 due to the facility requirement for a 24-hour notice for all visitors.� See attached Amend 0001 form. _________________________________________________________________ The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable�contractors to submit offers for an elevator refurbishment project at FAA's Air Route Traffic�Control Center (ARTCC) located in Auburn, Washington. This procurement is being set aside for a small business. The NAICS code for this�project is 811310 - Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment Repair & Maintenance, which has a�small business size standard of $11.0 Million. Work included in project: 1. Refurbish elevator to include new mechanical components; electrical�components; communications; and controls. 2. Existing car enclosures, car doors, and hoistway door panels are to be�retained. 3.
