This procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Certified Cost and Pricing Data is not required for procurements under $2 million. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments are not authorized for this procurement. This is a Critical Application Item. SPRS apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted.
