All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-22-Q-0557. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Antenna Research Associates, Inc., 65 Dalziel RD Pembroke, MA 02359 (CAGE 23360) for the following: CLIN 0001: 3FT Antenna (AS36-118), Qty 1/ea. CLIN 0002: 3FT Antenna (AS36-8514), Qty 1/ea. CLIN 0003: Shipping, Qty 1/ea. The required delivery is 6 months after date of award, F.O.B. Destination is Newport, RI 02841. This procurement is being competed on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334220; the Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees.
