- Description
- Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract to RS Means Company, LLC, a large business, for the commercial purchase of RS Means Online cloud based application.� The contractor will provide licenses and maintenance for twenty concurrent users to RS Means Online (RSMO) cloud based application.� The licenses will provide access to the Full Library bundle.� The standard RSMO concurrent user license is based on 10 users to 1 concurrent license.� The contract completion date will be 29 June 2023.� Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements.� This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and this is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Amber Forehand-Hughes, amber.l.forehand-hughes.civ@us.navy.mil.�� Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.� If no written responses are received by 2:00 PM ET, 22 June 2022, the contract will be awarded without further notice.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210, Software Publishers, and the SBA size standard is $41.5 million.� This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals.� Please contact Amber Forehand-Hughes, amber.l.forehand-hughes.civ@us.navy.mil if more information is needed.
