Description

The contractor will provide modifications, repairs, construction, alterations and�installations to the facilities, building and infrastructure components and systems. This�work includes varied general construction, consisting of architectural, civil, structural,�mechanical, plumbing and electrical items to be performed on a per TO/call basis. The�work under the BPA will occur throughout the Argonne Site. The Task Order will be�initiated through the issuance of individual calls per project/job by an authorized Call�Manager. The calls will be construction type work that includes common indoor and�outdoor construction activities.� BPA duration shall be for a one (1) year base period with one (1) one-year option.
