Description

Pierce Ranch West Buildings Roof Replacement, Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County, California. The National Park Service (NPS) at Point Reyes National Seashore (PORE) has a requirement for the removal and replacement of the roofing material on the Creamery, Grade A Dairy, Calf Shed, Implement Shed, Blacksmith Shop, Wash House, Bunkhouse and Outhouse at the historic Pierce Ranch, located in Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County, California. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation.
