- Brookhaven National Labs is looking for High-Flux Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT) Sensors with the following requirements: - Drawing - Lithography masks - Drawing approval required, up to 3 reviews included Draft Sensor Specifications: - Nominal sensor surface area = 12.173 x 8.748 mm - Nominal sensor thickness = 2.0 mm - Sensor xy dimensional tolerance = +/- 50 ?m - Sensor z dimensional tolerance = +/- 100 ?m - Sensor format = 75 x 52 pixels (total pixels = 3900) - Nominal pixel pitch = 150.0 ?m - Nominal pixel pad size = 125 ?m x 125 ?m - Nominal interpixel gap (street width) = 25 ?m - Nominal guard ring width = 300.0 um (on 4 sides) - Nominal guard ring to edge distance = 149.0 um (on 2 Sides) - Nominal guard ring to edge distance = 161.5 um (on 2 Sides) - Contact metal (Anode:CZT:Cathode): Pt:CZT:Pt - Nominal bias voltage = -500Vdc to -900Vdc - Target dark current (aggregate) = 2 ?A @ 500 Vdc bias - Nonconforming pixels = 1% Brookhaven is seeking one (1) 150um fine pitch sensor and one (1) 150um pitch CZT prototype radiation sensor.
