- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 effective 5/26/2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 04/28/2022. The NAICS code for this requirement is 722320 Caterers with a small business size standard of $8M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is S203 Housekeeping: Food. Evaluation of the quote will be based on PRICE ONLY with conforming services; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. Set-Aside: Total Small Business Questions and requests for clarification in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: LAST DATE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: Tuesday, June 21, 2022 Responses will be consolidated and posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: Monday, June 27, 2022 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:59 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all of the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Description: The Nevada National Guard requires Feeding Support during a fourteen (14) day annual training event in Camp Navajo, Arizona. One (1) dinner meal for the 8th of July for 100 service members. One (1) breakfast meal each day for 100 service members. One (1) dinner meal each day for 100 service members on July 9th � 21st 2022. One (1) breakfast meal on the 22nd for 100 service members. This totals 1,400 breakfast meals and 1,400 dinner meals during the 14 day training event.
