- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for Equipment Corrosion Control for the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is�811310 and the size standard is $8.0 Mil. Solicitation number F9E2MX2067AW01 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06� Effective April 26, 2022. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Contract will be awarded to the contractor whom provides the lowest quote, conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation, meets all the requirements that are outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. � CLIN 0001: Refer to the attached PWS. Include the following information on your quote: cage code, tax id number, company name, phone number, POC, signature of authorized representative and email. Offerors' quotes shall be valid until 9/30/2022 to be acknowledged in the offerors' quote.
