Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Vendor capable of supplying the above must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: FCDD-ISP-AB, 6560 Surveillance Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846 and emailing response to point of contact described below. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source demonstrating that the supplier can supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. Also, the contractor shall cite the quality standard either Government or Industry that shall be in place for this effort. The enclosed Questionnaire shall be addressed and provided as part of the vendor�s response. This Market Survey does not guarantee a contract by the Government. Describe your company�s ability and history in receiving Air Worthiness certification per AR 70-62 � Airworthiness Qualification of U.S. Army Aircraft Systems. 7.�Describe any hardware, components, or wires required for the AN/APX 123/A Common Transponder (CXP). 8. Describe your company�s ability and history in repairing the AN/APX 123/A Common Transponder (CXP) to the original baseline configuration. 9. Describe your company�s ability to repair the Single Board Computer (SBC) to form, fit, and function for NSN 5998-01-631-9249 part numbers 1024034G-4 and 1024034G-5. 10. Describe any hardware and tools required to repair the SBC. 11. Describe your company�s experience in identifying the test equipment for testing Receiver Transmitter assemblies and components similar in complexity and technology to what is used in the AN/APX 123/A Common Transponder (CXP). 12. Describe your company�s experience in developing or updating a Technical Data Package. 13. Describe your company�s experience in managing obsolescence issues. 14. Describe your company�s experience in identifying the alternatives for the unavailability of obsolete materials or components to mitigate obsolescence issues. 15. Provide First Article Testing and Electro Magnetic Interference (FAT/EMI) test plan, report, and acceptance test procedure results. 16. Describe your company�s experience in performing and completing First Article Testing (FAT) requirements for AN/APX 123/A Common Transponder (CXP). 17. Discuss your company�s capability in meeting US Government contracting delivery requirements. 18. Specify Production Lead Time (PLT) for inspecting, testing, and repairing of units and time frame estimate to deliver a completed repaired AN/APX 123/A Common Transponder (CXP) including its Line Replacement Units and their respective Circuit Card Assemblies. 19. Address any foreseen risk with producing these items.
