Description

Amendment 1: Solicitation W911SA-22-Q-3029 will be amended on or about 23-June-2022 to answer all vendor questions and to update Attachment 3 � UT032 Drawing. The due date will be not be extended. Please acknowledge and sign Amendment 1 with quote. Solicitation W911SA-22-Q-3029 will be issued on or about 15-June-2022 and can be accessed at https://sam.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at Multi-site UT034 Facilities; UT010 and UT032. The performance period is from 1-July-2022 to 30-June-2023, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes; Signed SF 1449 Completed information from the Supplemental Information section of the solicitation Completed Price Schedule Attachment 1 Signed Amendments (if applicable) *If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award. The site visits will be held at the dates and times as follows: Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. Local Time ARMY RESERVE FACILITY UT010 4550 S. 1300 E. SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84117 AND Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Local Time ARMY RESERVE FACILITY UT032 5290 W. 700 S. SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84104 Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
