Description

In accordance with FAR 5.2, this is a notification of a proposed sole-source contract action. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to solicit on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2)(iii)(A) to NOVA Power Solutions INC., for NOVA Power UPS.�1515 Ridgetop Circle Suite 210, Sterling, Virginia, 20166. This requirement is being conducted under Simplifed Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible soucre and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.�The parts on the purchase request are sold exclusively through the OEM-Nova Power Solutions, INC. The part numbers are proprietary to NOVA Power Solutions, so these systems may not be purchased through any other vendor, reseller or distributor. The Government intens to acquire a commercial item using FAR part 12.� Please see attached Special Notice for additional procurement information. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency to Brianna.Riffle@uscg.mil by 12PM EDT 1 JULY 2022.
