Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with C4 Planning Solutions, LLC, 4914 Deans Bridge Rd, Blythe GA 30805-3518. The requirement is to provide JC4 Planner Training Instructor Writers and Developers. The Joint Command, Control, Communication, and Computer (C4) Planners�Course (JC4PC) is a Joint funded course that has a requirement to provide comprehensive Joint Command, Control, Communication, and Computer (C4) Planners training to a diverse array of Communications Officers, Staff Planners, and Senior Staff Non-Commissioned Officers from the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. This�requires specific high-level Joint Communications expertise from each of the four�services in various communications areas to include: voice, video, data, multiplexing/�convergence, and transmissions systems. The NAICS code is 611430. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible Source. �The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.� If no affirmative written responses are received by 5 July 2022 @ 0700am EST, award will be made without further notice. �Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
