Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20) is conducting a market survey/sources sought notification and is seeking potential sources for an This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided.     Responses shall be submitted to Nick Price at Nicholas.Price@va.gov by COB 07/12/2022 SUBJECT: RFI 36C26022Q0645 This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply and determine the socioeconomic size classification of the supplier and manufacturer of the end item.    Interested companies shall provide, at a minimum, the following information with their response;     Company Name and Address:  Point of Contact (POC)  Name:  Email Address:  Phone Number:  UNIQUE SAM ID Brochures of their offered equipment or services.   The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33314 Optometry equipment . Mark if your firm is eligible for participation in one of the following small business programs. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.  Salient characteristics For Eye Clinic, Operative Care Division Application Ultra-widefield imaging device with integrated swept source OCT for ophthalmic imaging to assist in diagnosis of eye disease and treatment decisions for patients Need IMAGING MODALITIES must include: Color, Sensory (red-free), Choroidal, Autofluorescence (AF), Fluorescein (FA), Indocyanine Green (ICG). Resolution at the maximum 20 m. Include 4 lasers with the following wavelengths: 488nm (blue for FA), 635 nm (red), Green (532 nm for AF), and Infra-red (802nm for ICG) Exposure time not to exceed .4 seconds Signal type shall be Optical scattering from tissue Signal sources shall be swept source OCT with wavelength of 1050 nm Scanners shall be galvanometric x, y pair Scan dept shall me at the minimum 2.5mm A-scan rate shall be 95K cycles per second at the minimum Line scans shall at a minimum include a width of 5mm, 14mm, and 23mm Volume and high-density scans shall include at a minimum of height of 3.5 mm and a maximum of 9mm. The width shall be a minimum of 6.0 mm and a maximum of 14mm. Unit shall be compatible with Zeiss Forum, eye PACS, and have the ability to meet all VA network security requirements Shall have the capabilities to complete ultrawide field with swept source. Images shall at the minimum have 200° Shall include high resolution image enhancement software for pathology detection and management from macula through the far periphery
