This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is�not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supply or service, nor is�it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking sources,�from all socio-economic categories, to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources�which are interested and capable of providing the supplies in the attached Draft Statement of Work and attached RFI with additional details.� The anticipated North American�Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 511210 � �Software Publishers�.� The anticipated solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price�contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and one (1) 12-month option period. 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division, Intel Division 27130 Telegraph Road Quantico, VA 22134 See attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for specific details. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email to Zachary.h.itzkowitz-shifrinson.civ@army.mil. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Request for Information will NOT be accepted. Capabilities statement must include: Company Name; Point of contact name, phone number & email address; Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), DUNS Number; NAICS Code; CAGE Code; Business Size.
