Description: Project involves demolition of existing 90 ton and 8 ton chillers along with associated piping, pumps, electrical and controls. The demolished chillers will be replaced with a 215-ton chiller. Work includes new pumps, heat exchanger, piping, electrical and controls. The new chiller will be located outside where demolished chiller was located. Project also includes providing a temporary chiller for cooling while chilled water system is down.
