Description: The Government intends to sole source this requirement to The Industrial Company (TIC).�The Front River discharge pipe of the Down River Dissolved Oxygen plant on the Savannah River has been damaged and requires immediate removal, inspection, repair, and reinstallation.� Riser # 4 of 5 has sustained damage to the welded connection between the 12� riser and 36� main pipe.� The section of pipe which contains all risers is approximately 55� in length and will require removal for an in-depth inspection and repair of the damage.�
