This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The FSC/PSC is J041. The Chillicothe VA Medical Center requires upgrades to the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems in Buildings 27, 31, 210, and 211. The current Building Automation System (BAS) Supervisor System operates on Niagara AX software and is no longer supported. A new BAS Supervisor System that operates on Niagara N4 software will also be required.
