The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick SFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA252122B00012�is being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation document. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre- solicitation notice being issued. This IFB is being set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns; all others will be deemed non-responsive. A SDVOSB concern is not eligible for a set-aside award under the SDVOSB program unless designated as a SDVOSB at http://www.sam.gov. Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. An award will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW FAR 9.104-1) whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website at sam.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Description of project: The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials to replace HVAC controls with new SmartStruxture automation servers at buildings 1068 and 60680. Provide integration to the EMCS server at PSFB. Provide graphical user interface screens, data logs, and alarms. Period of Performance: 180 calendar days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. Size Standard: $16.5M Magnitude of Construction: IAW FAR 36.204: Between $100,000 and $250,000. Additional Information: The applicable NAICS code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The acquisition will be a competitive set- aside for SDVOSB concerns. The IFB will be available by electronic transmission only at http://www.sam.gov. The IFB is expected to be available on or about 26 July 2022. This project will have a Pre-Bid site visit. This acquisition is being issued under FAR 19.1405 Competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid. Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: https://sam.gov) Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� All responsible sources may submit bids which will be considered by Space Launch Delta 45.
