- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: KY City: Fort Mitchell Delineated Area: At the intersection of Highway 371 and Amsterdam Road in Villa Hills East to Highway 1072 (Kyles Lane), south to Highway 17, West to I-275, and North to Exit 2, Highway 3076, until it connects back to Hwy 371 via Point Pleasant and Dry Creek roads. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 12 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
