Small Business Set-Aside

SBA Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
 

Description

This project is being solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. Project NAICS: 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $39.5M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(d), this project is expected to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but not later than midnight 30 Sept 2022. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price 11 July 2022: Amendment 0001 has been included to add Q&A document entitled 'QA - Repair Fire Protection Base-Wide 11 July 2022' and revised Statement of Work (SOW) entitled 'Repair Fire Protection Base Wide SOW Revision 1 Dated 11 July 2022.' Additionally, three (3) inspection report documents have been added for reference only. Bid opening date remains unchanged. Contractor is required to acknowledge amendment 0001 on their 1442 bid submission.�
