Description: This requirement is for catering services to include delivery, set-up, and clean-up of contractor reusable equipment. Service shall include all condiments necessary to enhance each meal. These services require Hot Buffet-Style Breakfast, and Hot Buffet-Style Dinner. All offerors are required to fill in, sign and return a copy of the 889-representation form with their offer.
