Description: The Contractor will do Annual Preventative Maintenance on 16 ceiling fans in 5 different hangers and shops throughout Altus Air Force Base. The Contractor will provide own lifts. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, mobilization, demobilization, equipment, tools, materials, confined space entry if applicable, PPE, vehicles and supplies necessary to perform preventative maintenance as listed on all fans in Attachment 1-PWS.�
