- You are invited to review and comment on the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Ames Research Center (ARC) Aviation Safety Reporting System and Related Systems (ASRS) preliminary release of information, which includes the Limitation of Future Contracting Clause, and the Draft Statement of Work. The services include operating, maintaining, and providing support services to the Aviation Safety Reporting System (ASRS) and Confidential Close Call Reporting System (C3RS), and other potential reporting systems. Potential offerors are encouraged to comment on the limitation of future contracting clause and the draft statement of work. The Limitation of Future Contracting Clause is provided as Attachment A The DRAFT Statement of Work is provided as Attachment B. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted electronically via email to Rachel Jandron, Contracting Officer at rachel.a.jandron@nasa.gov and Jeanne Chun, Contract Specialist at jeanne.s.chun@nasa.gov not later than 15 days from the date of the release of this information.
