Description

This sole distributor of Steelcase product for USSOUTHCOM is Perdue Office Interiors. The Chief of Staff for USSOUTHCOM issued a directive that all future purchases of furniture must be of the same color, makeup and configuation of the current furniture. Since the Command is furnished with Steelcase products it is impotant to maintain uniformity and interchangeability of the furniture. A limited competition justification and exception to purchase the Steelcase brand were submitted with the requirement and are part of the contract file. Based on the market research and previous history, this requirement can be satisfied by soliciting through GSA Advantage directly to Perdue Office Interiors in accordance with FAR Part 8 and attached limited source justification.�
