- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Tucson Delineated Area: North: E. Ina Road East: N. Campbell Avenue South: E. Broadway Blvd. West: N. Silverbell Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 47,838 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 50,229 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 161 spaces (Total) 76 spaces (Staff) 35 spaces (GOV) 50 spaces (Visitors) Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building. Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
