- Description
- This is a 100% Total Small Business combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. �The USPTO plans to award a commercial item contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to the small business offeror that provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote able fulfill this requirement.� This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Solicitation number is 1333BJ22Q00050007 is ttached. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). A summary of the Scope of this requirement is as follows: The scope of the work involves and is centered on providing medical oversight for all AEDs assigned to USPTO. This contract will be responsible for the maintenance, inspections, including documentation, and management of 75 installed (Heartsine) AEDs assigned to the USPTO. �As it pertains to any medical interaction or activation of any assigned AEDs, which includes EMS registration, and providing USPTO with Policy and Procedures manuals. �If and when needed site analysis for and with AED placement recommendations via phone. �AED event review and documentation by medical director (Medical Doctor), customized software for tracking AED maintenance and CPR Training information, if and when needed. �The contractor shall provide the personnel, resources, and equipment, as appropriate, to provide efficient and cost-effective procurement support services for all assigned AED devices. Specific Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. Abbrevioated quote submission instructions are as follows: Quotes shall be submitted via email to both: Christopher.Ward@uspto.gov and Joy.Pitts@uspto.gov All QUESTIONS must be received via email no later than August 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM EST All QUOTES must be received via email no later than August 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST Please submit your summary quote in the PRICE SCHEDULE section of the RFQ Please feel free to provide a separate more descriptive price breakdown for the HeartSine Samaritan Pad-pak batteries and Management, maintenance and inspection services Please submit a separate proposal for technical evaluation as an attachment in your quote package. The entire submission instructions can be found in the attached RFQ This announcement constitutes the RFQ and is the only solicitation that will be issued.�
