Analysis & Program Management Support For full details, review attachment ""RFI-CRSO Analysis and PM - 70RDAD22RFI000010"" SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE & REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Proposal (RFP). A formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of the responses received to this RFI. The Government will not pay for any response or demonstration expenses. Any information received will become the property of the Government and will not be returned to the submitter. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer (OCRSO) is responsible for Departmental policy and management oversight of several business functions, including Real Property, Personal Property, Mobile Assets, Logistics, Resiliency, Field Efficiencies, Environmental Sustainability, Energy Management, and Incident Management. In performing this oversight, the need for centralized program management, communication and analysis support has been identified. These solutions will support existing data repositories such as the Consolidated Asset Portfolio and Sustainability Information System (CAPSIS) and the DHS Cube in order to support OCRSO�s larger goal of better integrating the data related to the assets and resources associated with its various lines of business. As part of this requirement, the Contractor shall be responsible for conducting unit and regression testing and coordinating Government Acceptance testing to ensure that a quality product is delivered to OCRSO. All testing will be conducted against the recognized requirements traceability matrix and wireframe design documents. The Contractor shall facilitate and conduct these tests and review activities in conjunction with the completion of recognized milestones and submittal of deliverables. The OCRSO shall assign a representative for each subsystem to oversee the performance and government testing of these activities.
