Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division, in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to AgileBio, LLC, located at 5473 Kearny Villa Rd, Suite 255, San Diego, CA 92123, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1).� The requirement is for LabCollector Support/Upgrades. DEVCOM Soldier Center purchased a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to track location and status of human biofluid samples derived from MASTR-E field studies on a cloud server.� It will be shifted to an ""on premise"" model whereas the Contractor shall assist DEVCOM-Soldier Center in hosting and maintaining the physical, software, and other infrastructure of the LIMS database on premise and provide technical support as needed to ensure continued access to the database by Government personnel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 511210 and the size standard is $30,000,000. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via email ONLY to meri.l.jones.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. EST 16 August 2022. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or dministrative cost incurred in response to the Notice.� All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
